General History

Launched in 2016, the DB11 V12 was instantly recognized as one of the most advanced sports cars ever produced. A veritable technological and design tour de force of engineering and beauty, the new design, penned by Marek Reichman, was based thematically on the James Bond, Spectre car, delivering a fresh approach to the lightweight sport coupe package with a tight glass canopy, fluid lines blending into the deeply raked C pillars, and powerful muscular haunches. The brilliance in the design was more than skin deep as the 600 hp 5.2-liter twin-turbocharged V12, coupled to an 8-speed automated manual 3-driving mode gearbox, delivered an impressive 0-60 mph time of 3.7 seconds (set in Sport Plus mode), making it almost a full second faster than the previous DB9. Much of the power to weight ratio was captured by using a lightweight aluminum chassis and support structure. Further use of aluminum includes the vast sculpted clamshell hood, itself a sculptural symphony of design and engineering formed as a single piece. The front of the car offers the traditional Aston Martin grille opening flanked by crisply tailored LED headlights and carefully sculpted air vents.

History of this Aston Martin

This beautifully maintained Aston Martin was delivered to Miller Imports, Stamford, CT on December 29, 2017, and sold to the first owner, a resident of Larchmont, NY in February 2018. Finished in Concours Blue with Blue and Sandstorm leather interior, the car was delivered with the following cost added options totaling approximately $44,000:

The first owner serviced the car at regular intervals including emissions inspections until returning to Miller Motors in August 2021 where it was serviced in house and offered for sale then indicating 3,500 miles. The second and current owner, a resident of California, purchased the car in 2021. Service at Luxury Cars Los Gatos, CA in Feb 2022, with 4,804 miles, Apple Car Play was installed and 4-wheel alignment performed, followed by a four-year interval service in August 2022 with 6,558 miles including all fluids, new key remote battery, wipers, and inspection. In March 2025, with 10,843 miles indicated, the car returned to Luxury Cars Los Gatos for a comprehensive service including flushing and replenishing brake fluid, coolant, and oil, installing new oil, air and pollen filters, mounting two new Bridgestone Potenza 255/40 ZR20 front tires and 4-wheel alignment.

Condition and Ownership

Today, this two-owner Aston Martin presents in excellent condition throughout. The Concours Blue metallic paint is an exquisite color choice with beautiful gloss and deep luster elegantly complemented by the two-tone leather interior. The finish has been metered with a digital paint meter, returning low single digit numbers indicative of original paint on all metal surfaces. The aluminum clamshell hood is covered with a clear protective film which adds thickness to the meter readings, though still consistent with original paint allowing for nominal protective film thickness. The stunning 20” wheels are in excellent condition wearing Bridgestone Potenza 255/40 ZR20 front and 295/35 ZR20 rear tires. Lenses, glass and lighting are all in excellent condition throughout as well as all emblems, script lettering, and details showing essentially no marks or fading.

The interior is brilliantly finished with features that appear as though they were new, showing virtually no wear to the premium leather luxury seating surfaces, center console, or technologically bespoke dashboard. The dashboard and assorted instrumentation properly illuminate, displaying a myriad of features and systems that monitor the sophisticated powertrain, stability control, and torque vectoring braking system. Additionally, the current owner commissioned a professional installation of Apple Car Play seamlessly integrated into the Aston Martin premium sound system installed at the factory. The condition of the carpeting, door panels, and other interior surfaces is excellent throughout. Under the hood, the Twin-Turbocharged V12 engine is clean and unmodified displaying factory finishes and proper care consistent with the exterior finishes. The undercarriage is in excellent condition with no evidence of structural damage to the floor pan or suspension mounting points further supported by a clean Carfax.

The car starts, runs, and drives per original specifications delivering seamless V12 power in any setting. Driving manners are impressive with a combination of power and poise that even moderately skilled performance drivers can readily enjoy. The combination of the 8-speed automatic transmission with manual shift capabilities and progressive V12 acceleration is delightful in any of three driving modes. Handling is smooth and sporty, while highway driving is effortlessly smooth followed by superlative braking coming down from highway speeds.
