A must-have cult car for Rally enthusiasts! Produced in limited number these full time all wheel drive, turbo-ed cars supply impressive performance both on and off road in a true “sleeper” package. This example was produced in May of 1989 has been California registered and titled. Currently the car has 142,709 miles and has just had a new head gasket installed, among other work performed. The car runs and drives, and has a reasonably solid feel. It is best described as a “driver” cosmetically with lots of small flaws inside and out (in keeping with its age and mileage), but makes a strong visual impression on the road. The engine compartment is clean and orderly. The interior has some discoloration, but no tears or major flaws. The radio has been removed. The front shocks feel fairly new, the rear shocks feel older. We are not aware of the service history prior to the head gasket replacement. The rear hatch supports need to be replaced. All the lights are working, as are the wipers. The A/C blows, but not terribly cold. With the car comes a small box with extra parts. A very entertaining car for the money, and a solid basis for a rally prepared racecar!
