General Overview
Ford revolutionized the automobile industry in many ways, but not just with automobiles. The earliest pick-up trucks played a significant role in building the private and public workforce of America. Available in a range of models, the distinctive design and practical nature of these simple but surprisingly good-looking trucks allowed for a range of use including the genesis of the iconic American Hot Rod using this robust platform for creative builds.
Unlike the original Ford trucks of the 1930s, many newly built Hot Rod trucks utilize fiberglass bodies and mixed aftermarket components from a wide range of manufacturers. The best builds utilize original factory steel bodies, properly constructed with a consistent build theme and careful selection for all features, correct stance, and refined finishes. Older-build all-steel hot rods have become highly sought after in the hot-rodding community as fresh builds of current construction are becoming prohibitively expensive.

Condition Overview
Today this 32 Ford Hot Rod is ready to enjoy as is with light aging overall to the exterior paint finishes and patina in the engine compartment. The finishes overall are pleasant and suitable for cruise-ins and local hot rod gatherings. The interior is in very good condition and comfortably appointed. Driving manners are in keeping with hot rods of this type with strong pull from the V8 engine in all gears.
Under the hood, the 350 V8 engine starts and runs well, and mechanical systems currently operate as expected, though the AC is currently not blowing cold. The build quality is of a very high level and was performed by experienced hot rod builders who utilized proven suspension, a durable powertrain, and state of the art brake components to build this 37 Ford to a rewarding level of presentation. The underside of the car is in very good condition showing no signs of damage or neglect since completed and typical evidence of road use since the build was completed.
