1965 Porsche 356 C Coupe s/n 219619, Engine # P*715875* Cream with Black Leather The last major evolution of Porsches iconic 356 line, the C Coupe is equipped with disk brakes and a slightly higher performance power plant than the earlier A and B models. This is perhaps the best 356 Coupe Fantasy Junction has seen in recent years. An absolute standout example, this car has been comprehensively restored by Farmer Brothers Restoration in Ukiah, California. The odometer shows 3,250 miles reflecting the use-post restoration. The car has outstanding gaps throughout. There is absolutely no rust or evidence of repair anywhere on the car, including the underside. The floors, bottom of the doors and battery box are all rigid and flush, and have recently been detailed during the restoration. The window frames, interior and exterior door handles, headlight rims, bumpers, wheels and hub caps, gauges, and seat supports have all been re-chromed. The seats have been reupholstered in high quality, soft, black leather. The carpets have been replaced with the correct tweed and inlays added. The headliner is new and perfect. All the gasketing and rubber trim throughout the car has been replaced. Additionally, the headlight, taillight, and brake light lenses are all new. Even the wiper assemblies have been replaced with factory correct, new units. The white paint is smooth and even and of extremely high quality. There are no chips, dents, dings or scrapes anywhere on the car. The door jams are clean and neat, as are all the gutters. Mechanically the car is extremely robust with both the motor and transaxle having been rebuilt and balanced at the time of the restoration. All gauges and switches are fully operational. The car drives tight and sounds strong, as you would expect from a restoration of this caliber. This example is fitted with the factory supplied VDO dash clock. While it is a radio-delete, it has been tastefully fitted with a modern CD player, tucked away in the glove box. With the car comes the original jack and spare wheel. This is the car for the Porsche enthusiast who wants the very best 356 Coupe he can get his hands on. We invite the most stringent of inspections. The next owner will absolutely not be disappointed.
