1967 Porsche 911 s/n 307842, Engine No. 901/06 7946 Gun Metal Grey with Black Leather This is a sturdy, rust free example with a matching numbers engine, tools, and books. The odometer shows 34,567 miles, and while there are no records with the car to support this mileage, it sounds and feels extremely tight, and it is conceivable that this is the actual mileage. Cosmetically the car is presentable, but not perfect. It has been repainted, and there have been some light paint damage along the bottom of the doors and frontal area. The majority of the exterior chrome and stainless trim is in very good or excellent condition. The left front headlight has a small chip and crack from a rock. The interior is very good with nice door panels, seat leather, carpets, and dash leather. The speaker area on the dash has been tastefully recovered with a small leather patch as that area is most susceptible to sun damage. The rubber mats are excellent. The gauges are stock VDO units, but the radio is a later model CD player, and module speakers have been placed behind the driver`s and passenger`s seats. The seats themselves are later, leather, `sport` model Porsche seats with deeper side supports. The front area and engine compartment are both clean and very original. The underside, while not detailed, shows no signs of rust. The car sits on later model Fuchs wheels with gun metal painted centers, and fairly new radial tires.
