The spare wheel is detailed, including the Michelin tire, and the correct leather strap is still installed. The matching numbers normal engine is extremely clean, and has the correct original decals and air cleaners. The underside is also representative of the quality of the restoration of this car. It is very solid and tidy with no rust present. The floors and battery box have both been capably replaced. This is an unusually well-restored example of these increasingly sought after cars. 356`s are unique among classic cars for their robustness and usability. There is a certain simplicity and honesty to these cars that has made their appeal timeless, and this particular car is a no-excuses car that is sure to bring much joy to its new owner, who would be proud to show it or use it for pleasure.
